ADVERTISING

The Advertising business field offers high-load-bearing yet aesthetically pleasing outdoor-advertising poles, masts, and towers for display of corporate logos and advertising banners. SETRON assures that advertising messages are seen in time for customers to react. Advertising masts are of course developed entirely in accordance with the wishes of the customer: from the foundation to the advertising message, and in one, two, or three-leg models.

In addition, SETRON supplies a special product range of slender, aesthetic, and conical flagpoles made of high-strength fibreglass-reinforced plastic (GRP). These poles can be provided in a choice of attractive colours - and are exceptionally stable against high winds owing to their dynamic and mechanical strength characteristics.

Production

Concrete is spinned into the steel mould at 600 rotations per minute around the longitudinal axis. This means that it is then pressed into the mould at a rate 20 times faster than the acceleration of the earth (20G).
With the special method a high degree of compressive strength is achieved despite very small cross sections. At the same time a visibly pore-free surface is created.
